He studied Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and Computer Science and Econometrics at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University.

He specializes in investment fund accounting, as well as accounting for startups and SMEs. Within the Accounting Office, he serves as the Chief Accountant, handling the accounting of companies and the most complex clients. He oversees operational processes and delivers specialized solutions for automating data reporting. He is responsible for the technical side of the company's operations.

Outside of business, he is an active athlete, currently deeply involved in triathlon. He has completed a Double Ironman competition as well as a mountain ultramarathon. He documents his sports journey through the initiative Fit za biurkiem (IG: fitzabiurkiem). He says that sports occupy most of his daily thoughts, as the experience of facing athletic challenges translates into other areas of life.
